Holy mother of god! Honestly where do I start with praise for these women? My first interaction was with Shilo, where I called her desperately trying to understand how to help my partner through an extremely quick decline into depression after the loss of his father.
Shilo was so ridiculously patient & thorough with her explanations at a time when I was drawing blanks & stressing out. She not only helped me understand the biochemical process (which is ABSOLUTELY NOT my forte) of this mental health issue but kept me from losing my head as well. Recommended dosage & directions
- EQUAZEN Capsules or Chewable capsules (chews) are suitable for children from 3 years old and adults. Product should be used under adult supervision. Those unable to chew or swallow the capsule may choose to cut the capsule open and take the oil with a cold drink.
- Starting dose: For the first 3 month period, the recommended dosage is 6 capsules daily.
- Maintenance dose: The recommended dosage is 2 capsules daily.
- Continue taking EQUAZEN daily to maintain benefits, or for as long as recommended by your healthcare professional. Effects may be felt sooner but typical results demonstrate best results after 3 months of daily use.
